She Sounds Like A Great Parent
“I was at the park with my kids, just having a fun time, when my neighbor drove by and saw us playing. She comes over and casually asks if her kids can join in while she runs to the grocery store real quick. I thought, ‘Sure, why not? It’s just for a few minutes, right?’ Oh, how wrong I was!
Two hours later, my kids are all tired and ready to head home, and I realize I still have my neighbor’s kids with me. She completely ghosted us! I couldn’t believe it, but I couldn’t just leave her kids there, so I decided to take everyone back to my place.
Now, here’s the kicker: there are seven kids in total, including mine, and my car is nowhere near equipped to handle that many passengers. Seatbelts were in short supply, but I couldn’t leave the kids stranded. So, we all squeezed in like sardines, and I cautiously drove back home.
When we finally arrived at my neighbor’s house, guess what? Her car was parked in the driveway, and she was inside, casually watching TV! I knocked on the door with all these kids in tow, and she barely even acknowledged me. No ‘thank you’ or ‘sorry for the inconvenience.’ She acted like it was completely normal for me to babysit her kids for hours without any notice.”

So, a lady who worked for my family found herself in quite the pickle—she needed an early paycheck to bail herself out of jail on a DUI charge. Being the empathetic soul that I am, I decided to help her out and took in the money, not knowing what I was getting myself into.
Turns out, bailing someone out isn’t just handing them some cash—it involves paperwork too. And here’s where things got real interesting. I signed some documents, without fully grasping the gravity of the responsibility I was taking on. My intention was to support her during a tough time, but little did I know what was coming.
The lady told me she had a court date scheduled, and I kindly covered her shift so she could attend. Little did I know that the twist in the plot was just around the corner. A month rolled by, and she seemed to have vanished into thin air, along with her boyfriend.
That’s when I got a phone call that changed everything. The bail bondsman was on the line, asking me where she was because she had missed her court date! Apparently, I was responsible for her, and if she didn’t show up, I’d have to cough up a hefty sum of $5000 to repay the bond.
As fate would have it, justice caught up to them in a totally unexpected way. They were caught committing another crime a thousand miles away and went straight into custody.”
That’s A New Low
“We were driving near a crosswalk when we spotted a blind man stumbling around in the middle of the road, causing a traffic jam. It was a heart-stopping moment, and we feared for his safety.
Without hesitating, my brave wife jumped out of the car to lend a helping hand. She guided him to safety, away from the traffic, thinking she was doing a good deed. But that’s when things took a bizarre and sinister turn.
As soon as they were off the road, this so-called ‘blind’ man wouldn’t let go of her arm and started demanding money—aggressively! It sent chills down our spines when we realized this was no ordinary situation. He was faking his blindness, and it was all part of his devious scam!
My wife quickly pulled away from him, and we hightailed it back into our car. But the madness didn’t end there. Brace yourselves for the plot twist! We decided to circle back a few minutes later to see what he was up to, and guess what? He was right back in the middle of the road, pretending to be blind and blocking traffic again!
This guy was relentless with his act, and it was evident that he was preying on unsuspecting Good Samaritans like us. It was a stark reminder to be cautious and vigilant, especially in unfamiliar situations.”
That Escalated Quickly
“I’m sitting in class, minding my own business, when I notice something fishy happening right beside me. One of my classmates, let’s call him Steve, was sneakily swiping a calculator from another guy, whom we’ll call Alex.
Alex seemed quite worried and explained to me that he had borrowed the calculator from someone else and couldn’t afford to lose it. Being the conscientious friend that I am, I decided to spill the beans and told Alex exactly what I saw. I mean, it’s only fair to do the right thing, right?
Turns out, Steve didn’t take kindly to being caught in the act, and he confronted Alex about it. The tension escalated, and before we knew it, there was a full-blown, no-holds-barred fight between them.
